Clitocybe dealbata (Sow. ex Fr.) Kummer syn. C. rivulosa subsp. dealbata (Sow. ex Fr.) Konrad & Maubl. Feld-Trichterling Clitocybe blanchi Ivory Funnel. Cap 2–4cm across, flattened-convex becoming slightly depressed, buff dusted white. Stem 20–35 x 5–10mm, whitish, mealy at the apex. Flesh thin except for the centre of the cap, whitish. Smell faint, mealy. Gills adnate to decurrent, crowded, whitish or cream. Spore print white. Spores broadly ovate, 4–5.5 x 2–3ì. Habitat in lawns and pastureland often in troops or rings. Season summer to late autumn. Frequent. Deadly poisonous. Distribution, America and Europe. |
